Open Enrollment is Next Week -

Here's What to Expect


Open Enrollment will begin this coming Monday, October 28, and runs through Friday, November 8. Your benefits elections will be effective January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Today we are excited to highlight the Value our team members are able to receive through open enrollment and what you can expect in the days ahead.


What’s changing for 2025:

Your 2025 Benefits Guide will be sent out in a separate email later this week, but a preview of changes are below.



The names of all medical plan offerings have changed:

What’s NEW for 2025:

  • UHC will be replacing UMR as the medical plan provider.
  • The Surest Copay Plan, also through UHC, will be replacing the Gold and Platinum PPO Plans.
  • The Dental HMO plan will not be offered for 2025. There will only be two plans now (Base and High).
  • The Standard will be replacing Lincoln Financial Group for Dental, Life, AD&D, LTD/STD, and Voluntary Benefits (Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness).
  • The premium rates for the Life, AD&D, LTD/STD, and Voluntary Benefits, have decreased.


What’s NOT Changing for 2025:

  • The per pay period amount for the medical, dental, and vision plans will remain the same. The premium for the Surest Copay Plan is the same as the current Gold PPO Plan.
  • The Kaiser Plan will continue to be available for California employees only.
  • EyeMed coverage staying with EyeMed.
  • HSA staying with Optum Bank, UES HSA contributions staying the same.
  • Legal services staying with LegalShield/IDShield.

 

Enrollment on Paycom**

This is an ACTIVE enrollment – you MUST log on and enroll in your choice of plans. Once Open Enrollment has ended, you may not make changes to your benefits until the next open enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event.

 

**Enrollment will be on Paycom. You will receive instructions for the enrollment process prior to open enrollment.
