Open Enrollment Begins November 1st!
Open Enrollment is almost here... the one time of year you are eligible to review and/or change your benefits, without a qualifying change in status. Whether you stay on the same plan, or decide to make changes, please read on for important updates and information.
GREAT NEWS!! 2018 will be the 6th year without a premium increase on the Low Option HMO and the 5th year without a premium increase for the High Option HMO!
Changes for 2018:
1. The CDHP (High Deductible Health Plan) annual deductible has been reduced - $3000 individual/$6000 family
2. The Health Care FSA maximum contribution has increased to $2650
3. The Long-Term Disability rates are increasing by 25%. Review your 2018 LTD rate during Open Enrollment.
All other plan details will remain the same. Please go online and see what's new, review your benefits and make sure you are enrolled in the correct benefits for you and your family. If you do nothing, your current plan selections will continue (with new premiums and plan designs, if applicable), except for flexible spending accounts (FSA). You must re-enroll in FSAs every year if you want that benefit.

Also, if you are adding new dependents, don't forget to bring in the required original documentation by Friday, November 17. Otherwise, coverage for new dependents will not be added.

Log in to PeopleSoft/My Benefits/Benefits Enrollment between November 1 - November 17. Keep in mind that this is the annual time to review and make changes to your benefits. Flexible Spending Accounts do not automatically renew.
