Additional Debit Card Management

Features Now Available in Digital Banking!

As we continue to look to provide additional self-service options for our members, we're excited to announce the addition of new Debit Card features and functionality available inside Digital Banking.

View Full Card Details- This can be helpful if you're looking to make a transaction or verify your card information, but don't have the card handy. You can get your full card number, CVV number as well as your expiration date after you complete 2-Factor authentication.

Update PIN- You can now update the PIN for any debit card listed under the Card Management menu inside Digital Banking. This requires providing the Expiration Date. Updating your PIN will prompt you with a 2-Factor authentication request. Once verified/confirmed, your PIN update will take effect immediately. 

As a reminder, you can setup additional alerts and notifications for your card. These alerts can be especially helpful this time of year to ensure there's no fraudulent activity taking place with your card or account.

LOC's Financial Literacy Focus

While our Student-Run Credit Union program continues to be a vital part of who we are, our team facilitated 215 Classroom Experiences in 2023 across the elementary, middle and high school levels!

These experiences would not be possible without the ongoing support of Brighton Area Schools, Farmington Public Schools, Howell Public School District and Hartland Consolidated Schools.

Additionally, we're going to be hosting a variety of FREE Financial Wellness Webinars geared towards all different ages via Zoom in 2024.

It’s the season of giving! Nearly 500 boxes of cereal and winter accessories were donated across CARES in Farmington Hills, Bountiful Harvest in Brighton and to the Dearborn Goodfellows thanks to LOC's Annual Holiday Drive. Thank you to all of our members who helped contribute to these donations.
