My outlook on the 2019 Greater Cincinnati Real Estate Market is that we will have another somewhat flat year in number of transactions, because
INVENTORY IS STILL SO LOW!
Although January home sales started the year lagging behind last year’s levels, down - 8.4 % compared to January a year ago. The average home price climbed to $200,896 compared to $195,681 in 2018.
So, why am I so excited?
Because regardless of what the market does, I will be right here to help you through it.
