ear open schoolers,
The weekend is just around the corner! In this email you will find stabling information, our COVID-19 protocol, a schedule for the show jumping schooling rounds, and more.
Releases & Payment:
We have asked for all open schoolers to fill out releases ahead of time. If you have emailed a release and have not sent payment yet please plan to either bring a check or pay via Venmo @angelique-harkin. However, we will have a box for releases and checks on a table under the pavilion for any last-minute riders wanting to attend.
Stabling:
The south and main gate entrances will be open. We reserved stabling for large groups who have emailed us ahead of time.

Shavings:
Please text Shawn at 512-517-6700 upon your arrival and we will bring your shavings to your stall. Additional shavings can be purchased for $10 per bag.
RVs:
RV spots are first come first serve, however there is no need to worry, we have an abundance to choose from.
Cross Country:
The cross country course is open from sunrise until 8:30pm. There are a couple new questions for all divisions.
Show Jumping
On Saturday and Sunday we are offering schooling jumper rounds. We will have a course set each day and will be changing the heights throughout the day. Show Jumping warm up will be next to dressage. We will have the courses posted on the judge's stand and bulletin boards. Please email us if you would like to reserve the show jumping field for private schooling.

Dressage:
We have one 20x40 arena set up for schooling. If you would like to request a 20x60 arena please email us.
COVID-19 Protocol:
- Please practice social distancing
- We will be wiping down common areas with disinfectant regularly
- We will have disinfectant sprays available at wash racks and stadium warm up.
- For overnight guests, please allow at least one stall in-between you and other groups.
- Please stay home if you feel ill.
