UPDATES ON THE ROADMAP PROJECT AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH NEWS

The Updated Roadmap Change Package!

The Roadmap Change Package has been updated based on feedback from clinicians, patients, and family partners who have participated in Roadmap initiatives. This Change Package provides practical tools to support emotional and mental health care. The strategies described in the Roadmap Change Package should be seen as a ‘toolkit’ for clinical teams working to improve care for patients and families living with chronic pediatric conditions. We expect that this will be a living document, expanding and improving as new resources and strategies are added, so stay tuned for updates as they arise.
