Canstruction is coming to the Tri-Cities!


The countdown is on, and the rhythm is building! The very first Canstruction competition is officially heading our way. Teams of local designers will soon be brainstorming for our inaugural theme, "Harmony Against Hunger."

They will transform ordinary tin cans into massive musical sculptures to fight local food insecurity. Consider entering a team in this challenging competition when the call for entries opens this summer.

Sip, Savor & Spend a Summer Evening Along the Fox River: Cocktails in the Park Returns for its 15th Year on July 25

Cocktails in the Park returns for its 15th year on Saturday, July 25, from 7:00–10:00 p.m. at scenic Appleton Park (100 N. Island Ave., behind City Hall), offering an evening of handcrafted cocktails, delicious food, live music, and beautiful riverside views.

Pay attention to what the person gets excited about, what they repeat, or what seems important to them. Those are natural places to ask follow up questions.
