The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Delevopment Administration AI Upskill Accelerator Pilot Program
The program supports a national effort to strengthen American competitiveness in AI adoption and workforce readiness. It highlights EDA’s role in fostering the growth of AI technology in the workplace and ensuring businesses and workers have the skills needed for this rapidly expanding field. This initiative will support workforce training programs that move beyond foundational AI literacy and introductory skill building to equip participants with applied, job ready AI capabilities focused on how AI is used in current industry settings.

Illinois Economic Empowerment Centers Program (EEC Program)
The program supports entrepreneurship and business training for minorities, women, veterans, individuals with disabilities, dislocated workers, and youth entrepreneurs ages 16 through 29. Eligible applicants include career education agencies, chambers of commerce, nonprofit organizations, and community based organizations serving entrepreneurs and small businesses.
This opportunity requires a 100% match, including a minimum 50% cash match, with the remaining portion eligible to be provided through in kind contributions.
