Starting tomorrow, July 8, all affiliates and unlicensed individuals will not have Sentrilock access.  Realtors will have to grant access to affiliates using the SentriConnect app.

The SentriConnect Mobile App is easy to use, and it allows the listing agent to grant temporary access to individuals like contractors, inspectors and photographers. SentriConnect allows the listing agent to grant access 14 days ahead of time to a specific lockbox for a particular duration of time, and also to receive instant notifications of when the SentriConnect user accesses the lockbox. Using the SentriKey Mobile App, the listing agent will select the lockbox and enter the day and time they are allowing access, along with an email address and phone number for the SentriConnect user. It is Quick, Easy, and Secure! One day code will also be disabled in SentriConnect because it is safer and provides the tracking needed.

Watch the video below in the "MLS Update" that shows you how easy it is to use the application.

Best regards,

Erica Kirk

NEW PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER

Eagle County has advanced to the "Black Diamond" Phase in its Public Health Order   regarding COVID-19. All community members are strongly encouraged to read the entire order.

As some restrictions are rolled back, Eagle County officials note the importance of residents and business leaders continuing to meet social distancing requirements.
OPEN HOUSES UPDATE

Good news for real estate marketing. Open houses are now allowed with Colorado's eighth amended public health order.

Please review the order and go to Appendix B & D. It states that real estate includes in-person real estate showings and marketing services, which  must adhere to Social Distancing Requirements  with cleaning and disinfection between each showing. Open houses  must follow the Indoor Event requirements in Section I.H.4  of this Order (page 6-7).

SAFE SHOWING PLEDGE
VBR's “Safe Showing Pledge” campaign is based on guidance issued by the Division of Real Estate (DORA). The pledge provides additional clarity on industry and business-specific safety measures, and to share all the extra precautions taken for showing properties by following the “safer at home” guidelines. These guidelines are still applicable, and ensure the protection of the Vail Valley community and buyers and sellers.

Join us in sharing with our neighbors your commitment to the “Safe Showing Pledge” for showings and open houses!
