New additions to holiday social images
We know many of you use social media to keep your customers updated and engaged. To support your online presence, we have lots of great holiday images featuring our holiday collection located in the Learning Center Media Gallery.

Plus, we've created additional posts to support upcoming key holiday dates you'll want to take advantage of - Small Business Saturday and the December 15 Christmas delivery deadline for orders. There's even a brand-new, holiday-themed group cover image for Facebook. These are great tools to remind your customers that you're available to help them with their holiday shopping!
Exciting enhancements to the new customer experience!

Linda's been hard at work developing a series of videos that will enhance the introduction of new customers to L'BRI products. With Linda as their guide, new customers will learn how to get the best results from their new purchase and hear more about what makes L'BRI special. She'll also invite them to host a party so they can get more L'BRI! And, for those customers who purchased a trio or a set, a series of four videos will automatically arrive every couple of weeks with tips from Linda to help keep them on track.

There's nothing to set up - these emails will be sent by L'BRI automatically. We do, however, encourage all Consultants to take a few minutes to watch these new videos and incorporate Linda's tips and information into your personal follow-up efforts. Your personal touch and commitment to customer service will work together with these videos to ensure that our L'BRI customers are 100% satisfied! Satisfied customers become loyal customers and that's always our goal at L'BRI.

Home office closed November 28 for Thanksgiving holiday

The home office will be closed on Thursday, November 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be open on Friday November 29. We hope you spend the day relaxing with family and friends, and enjoy your time together.  
Email sign-up for new lbri.com visitors

Visitors to the corporate site, lbri.com will be offered the chance to sign up for our mailing list and receive information on our promotions and sales. This new function only works if that person's email is NOT currently in our database and NOT assigned to a Consultant. If that individual then makes a purchase in the future, they will be assigned to a Consultant in their area who will get credit for that first purchase. By inviting these visitors to join our mailing list, we hope to see more people loving L'BRI soon!
December Host bonus

Invite hosts to mingle and enjoy some extra jingle!  
 
Your qualified hosts in December will light up when they find out they've earned an extra $50 in L'BRI simply by hosting a holiday get-together and having fun. Make sure they know all of our Host Rewards and help them celebrate the season with some extra jingle!

We're returning to one of our favorite destinations where Consultants will create new friendships and see the sights together. Who's heading to Jamaica?

Policy updates for customer returns and rejoining Consultants

Customer return policy extended to 60 days
It might not happen very often, but we do get some returns. We are updating our Customer Return policy to make it easier on customers who have a product that didn't work out for them. Effective November 15, our return policy extends the return period from 45 to 60 days. Another big change is that return labels will be issued to customers so now the cost of return shipping will be covered by L'BRI. To see the new policy, visit your website or review the details in the Business Center | Resources | Product Return and Replacement Procedures.
 
Updated policy for rejoining Consultants
Life happens, situations change and sometimes Consultants have a change of heart or a new perspective. When that happens, we want to make sure they have what they need to return to L'BRI. We've updated our Policies and Procedures to reflect our understanding that sometimes, you just need a little time.
 
Effective November 15, the time frame has changed for Consultants who have resigned, but who wish to rejoin L'BRI. Two options will be made available to them: Reinstatement or Reenrollment.
 
Reinstatement:
Former Consultants may be reinstated as a L'BRI Consultant anytime within 6 months of their original resignation date provided that any outstanding Monthly Web Services Fees are paid.  Consultants who are reinstated, will not be considered new Consultants for purposes of incentives or programs and must be reinstated under their original sponsor or immediate upline leader.  
 
Reenrollment:   Consultants rejoining L'BRI, after being absent for 6 months or longer, will be considered a new Consultant and will be required to purchase a new Starter Kit, and agree to all terms of the online enrollment process.
 
These changes have been incorporated into our newest Policies and Procedures and are available in your Business Center | Resources General Policies & Procedures | Policies and Procedures.
