Our work has always focused on supporting clinicians and patients and using transparency to build a better healthcare system. As the way we provide and receive health care changes rapidly in response to COVID-19, transparent communication between clinicians and patients can build and maintain trusting relationships, help stressed and scared patients to better remember what to do to take care of themselves, and improve adherence to treatment plans. We are creating resources specific to the COVID-19 pandemic for clinicians and patients that will be available soon.
