How we are adapting to Covid- 19 safely
We will be updating our rescheduled dates for our Dock Party and a Family BBQ later this summer. We are also planning ways to enjoy our speakers, workshops, programs and events as we keep everyone safe! Go to our website for ongoing updates.

Tickets already purchased for events, workshops or programs that are being rescheduled will be transferred to the rescheduled dates in 2020. You do not need to do anything, we will take care of that for you.

If you have a conflict with a rescheduled date or are unable to attend Wiawaka this summer and have already purchased tickets or have made overnight reservations, here are some options.

  1. Your payment will be transferred to 2021 as a credit for events, workshops or programs. We will do this for you and send you a confirmation.
  2. Overnight reservations will be transferred to 2021 confirming your 2020 rate. We are happy to do this for you and will send you a confirmation.
  3. We can apply your payment as a donation to Wiawaka. We are sincerely grateful for this consideration.
  4. We will refund your payment.
