School Opening Report, Summer Learning
Dear City Schools Community,

Welcome City of Fairfax community back to school! I have been visiting our schools each week and am proud of the smooth opening in each of our buildings. To see our school opening numbers, I encourage you to visit our website where we link to my Opening Report presentation I made to our City School Board earlier this month.

Our schools had busy summers with programs to supplement instruction, assist students transitions and enhance curriculum. The City of Fairfax invested over $60,000 to support our students and staff this summer. Our website has more details about each of our outstanding programs.

We look forward to a wonderful 2019-2020 school year!
