New Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

We are proud to announce the launch of our Adolescent PHP, a structured day program designed to support adolescents aged 14–17 (with case-by-case exceptions for 18-year-olds still in high school). This program provides intensive, evidence-based care for teens who need extra support in their mental health journey.

What We Offer

• Evidence-based therapeutic groups tailored for adolescents
• Individual case management with family involvement
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Academic support and coordination with schools
• Collaborative treatment planning with families and providers

Program Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• Ages: 14–17 (with consideration for 18 if still in high school)
• Format: In-person and virtual structured day treatment

The program offers a safe and therapeutic environment where teens can stabilize, develop coping skills, and prepare to transition successfully back into their home, school, and community life.
