Reopening: Outdoor Dining, BBQ/Picnic Areas, Dog Parks, Swimming Pools and Camping
Religious services with restrictions now allowed
The Contra Costa Health Officer has issued another new
Health Order which continues to open up more businesses and activities effective at 5 pm today.
Here is a summary of the new re-openings:
Outdoor Dining - No more than 6 persons at each table (all must be from the same household), space tables to maintain 6 feet between separate households (means the tables must be more than 6 feet apart), and no entertainment events.
Dog Parks - Must maintain 6 feet of separation from others (from other households) and wear face covering at all times.
Outdoor Swimming Pools - Public pools and those in private developments with spacing requirements; no gatherings outside the pool except for family members observing children for safety; someone must be on duty to maintain social distancing requirements.
Overnight Single Family Camping - Each camping spot may be occupied by only one household or living unit at a time.
Religious Services - Outdoor services with no more than 100 attendees or 25% of an area's capacity (whichever is less); Indoor services with no more than 12 attendees or 25% of the area's capacity (whichever is less).
Use of Picnic and BBQ Areas - Each picnic area or picnic table may only be used by one household at a time; and maintain 6 feet from other households in the area.
