There are four ways to reserve your table.

By Mail. Download the registration form here and fill it in and mail back to us. You can pay by credit card or cheque. Download the form here.

Online. Click here to go to a secure site that processes donations and sales for us. You will receive acknowledgement and an e-ticket. Tax receipts are issued after the event. Or visit our website events page.

Phone. Call the Concordia Foundation office at 204-661-7156 and speak with Trish who will take your order and process your credit card. You will receive acknowledgement and a partial tax receipt will be issued after the event as well as a receipt for your transaction.

Invoice. Many corporate or business supporters may want to be invoiced for their donation or tickets. Please contact us at 204-661-7156 and we can arrange invoicing for this event.

If you are unable to attend the event but would like to participate by Sponsoring A Patient, please click here or give us a call and we can process your donation for you. If you support us with a donation or Sponsor A Patient, we will issue a full charitable tax receipt. Please note that receipts will be issued from The Concordia Foundation.
