Join the Chamber Team: Senior Leader of Membership Development

The San Jose Chamber of Commerce is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Leader of Membership Development to lead the Chamber’s growth and engagement efforts across greater Silicon Valley’s vibrant business community.

 

As the Chamber unites business leaders, policymakers, and innovators to drive San Jose’s next chapter of economic growth, this role will:

  • Lead membership strategy, recruitment, and retention to rebuild and expand engagement across industries.
  • Partner with the President & CEO and Board of Directors to strengthen relationships with major investors, corporate partners, and small businesses.
  • Oversee a talented team focused on delivering exceptional member value and high-impact events.
  • Play a pivotal role in rebuilding membership and amplifying the Chamber’s voice as a trusted, unifying force for the region.

Berliner Cohen Small Business Grant Applications Due Dec 5

Berliner Cohen, LLP is committed to supporting San Jose’s small business community. As part of that commitment, the firm is offering the Berliner Cohen 2025 Small Business Grant, which provides a package of legal services and a $5,000 monetary award to one minority-owned business located in the San Jose area. Applications are due by December 5, 2025.

Construction Notice: N. First & Santa Clara Streets

VTA will perform demolition work on the former Courthouse building located on 25-55 N. First Street in downtown San Jose from mid-November 2025 to January 2026. The building demolition, clean-up, and site restoration work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. There will be no impact on public roads, VTA bus or light rail service, however there will be a sidewalk closure on N. First Street in front of the building demolition area.
