The U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) is committed to protecting the economic well-being and prosperity of Black-owned businesses. One of the five pillars identified in USBCâs pillars of service is to provide advocacy for the chambers and businesses we represent.
Our annual USBC Policy Breakfast provides a platform for government affairs professionals, chamber leaders, and business owners to join us in dialogue about issues affecting Black communities and Black businesses.
This year's Policy Breakfast at will feature panel discussions on USBC Policy Agenda items and take a deeper dive into âThe BLACKprintâ â USBCâs position on issues impacting Black businesses.
In addition, we will hear from thought leaders from within the government affairs arena who will share their insights on cryptocurrency, the importance of being a crypto merchant, and why policy successes within their spheres of influence are instrumental for Black business leaders.

the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the National Black Chamber of Commerce, National Business League, U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., and Walkerâs Legacy. The program was created in in September 2020 to support Black small businesses as they recover from the pandemic and chart a path forward. This initiative will provide $14 million in grants, training, and resources to empower Black-owned small businesses through 2024.
Weâre proud to announce that the Coalition is now accepting applications for its 2022-23 cohort. This fall, the Coalition will distribute $5,000 grants to 272 Black-owned small businesses to support their long-term success and resilience. From helping cover monthly utility bills to keep their doors open, to enhanced marketing efforts, this funding will enable the Black small business community to recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Watch this video to hear from C. Anthony Parker, an enhancement grant recipient, on how the support allowed his company to flourish.
