Applications are now open for 2026 New Jersey State Council on the Arts Individual Artist Fellowship Grants. State Fellowships are awarded to practicing NJ artists through an anonymous, competitive application process to help them pursue their artistic goals. This year’s categories are:

Call for Emerging Artists
Dance New Jersey’s Sunday Salon Series is a new initiative designed to help emerging artists develop and show new works in a supportive environment. Artists will be offered up to six hours of pro-bono rehearsal space at participating studios prior to each event, as well as a ticketed studio performance. Each event will feature up to four performing groups and take place in a relaxed salon environment in which patrons are invited for an up close view into the creative process. Propose a project and Dance NJ will match you to a rehearsal/performance venue within your region.
