Join us on December 24 at 5:00 PM for a sacred Candlelight-Communion Christmas Eve service as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. This cherished tradition will feature beloved carols, a retelling of the nativity story, and the glow of candlelight symbolizing Christ’s light in the world. Children will enjoy a special moment during the service designed just for them with a special take-home activity for the whole family. Together, we will receive Holy Communion, reflecting on God’s gift of grace at Christmas.

Year End Contributions

Thank you for your generosity in supporting ministry at FFUMC! All contributions for 2024 must be in the finance office by the end of the day on 12/31. If you choose to contribute to the 2025 budget before the close of 2024, please designate your gift clearly with “2025 Budget.” Thank you for all your support!

The church office will be closed on December 24, December 25, and January 1 to celebrate the holiday season.

The Bible Doesn’t Say That – A New Sermon Series

At some point, all of us heard someone quote the bible at us. Sometimes we accept what they said is true… but is it? Beginning on January 5, join FFUMC as we explore common phrases that are often attributed to the Holy Bible but aren’t found in the scriptures. This is a perfect time to invite a friend or family member who is skeptical about Christian faith or have questioned if everything they’ve heard about the Bible is really in the Bible. 

Help Needed: Undeck the Halls

On Sunday, January 5 from 1 pm to 4 pm, we will return the church’s Christmas décor to the storage closet. Many hands will make light work! Come join us!

Celebrating Renni’s Retirement



Please join us after service on January 12 to celebrate Renni’s Retirement from the church staff at FFUMC. Renni has been an important part of our church’s ministry for the past several years. Though she is retiring from her staff position, she will continue to worship and participate in the ministries at First Farragut. 

Resurrection is an annual weekend retreat filled with worship and spiritual growth for youth and youth mentors. Each year thousands come together in Pigeon Forge, TN, to celebrate the God of The Resurrection. Through inspirational words and music led by nationally-known speakers and musicians, young people encounter the Lord in new and deeper ways.
