As we step into this new year, my wish for all of us is to create the energy to focus on our goals and foster harmony in our lives. Melody Beattie said The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written.


Together, we can make 2025 a chapter that will be amazing!

January 3rd - 5th

Fridays are Free for all at the St. Louis Art Museum, so head on over and check out what they've got lined up this week. I hear it's a Open Studio with Craft Alliance and a screening of The Passion of Joan of Arc.


The Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their 2025 World Tour to the Enterprise Center. Make your way downtown to "Ooo's" and "Ahhh" as you watch all the tricks shots, basketball spins, long shots, and magic. This is sure to be a slam dunk! Maybe Scoopy Doo will show up?


On Saturday, walk in to Espresso Yourself for a delicious cup of coffee, some tasty brunch and enjoy the work of William C. Bryant, their featured artist of the month.


And since you'll be in the neighborhood, check out 4931 Murdoch Ave., a 3-bedroom homeownership opportunity just minutes away from the great restaurants and shops in the Mackland Business District,

And in this cornerrr, Delmar Hall is hosting Glory Pro Wrestling: OUTATIME. Watch as some of your wrestling favorites tussle during the Title for Title rematch. This showdown, you won't want to miss

R&B band Root Mod will be swiftly taking the stage this Saturday, captivating the audience with anything from soul to funk, hip-pop, and jazz. This St. Louis-based crew will be bringing their highly energized presence to the City Winery stage!


Presenting her first solo museum exhibition in the U.S., Shinichi Sawada presents Agents of Clay at the Contemporary Museum of Art. This collection of captivating ceramic figures highlights elements of both the natural world and the artist's imagination.

January 6th - 12th

Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum presents Design Agendas: Modern Architecture in St. Louis. Using multiple mediums drawn from past exhibits from multiple museums across St. Louis, this exhibition highlights the complex connections among modern architecture, urban renewal and racial and spatial change in St. Louis.


I know what I'm having for dinner tonight! Urban Chestnut has $5 Tuesdays in the Grove. What's on the menu you may ask? They've got a cheeseburger and beer deal that you can't beat!

The start of a new year is also a great time to pick up a new hobby or fine tune some skills, and this Wednesday night head over to Majestic Dance Studio for the first night of their six-week course on Salsa and Bachata.

For an explosive performance head over to Atomic to see Silly Goose, a nu-metal band from Atlanta, who will be sure to bring their high-energy sound, fusing masterful guitar riffs and dynamic drumbeats.


At the 2025 St. Louis Auto Show, you can ride into the weekend in style. Check out the latest models of automobiles with unmatched power, precision, and speed.

Speaking of car shows, have you ever been to Chuck-a-burger? During the warmer months they host their Cruise Nights, where people can come and boast their classic hot rods in their parking lot! Don't worry though, because their serving their delicious burgers all year long!

January 13th - 19th

Jim Scheller is bringing his Ancient Rings series to the Third Degree Glass Factory. Each of the 70 pieces in this collection have been inspired by geological formations, ancient textiles, and the natural rhythms of life, exploring themes of continuity, legacy


What's your go to karaoke song? If you don't have one yet, then Hidden Gem's might be just the spot to figure it out. Every Tuesday night enjoy great specialty cocktails during happy hour, then sing your heart away during their weekly karaoke jam session.

Jazz St. Louis is Hosting Grammy Award Winner, Nicholas Payton this Wednesday. His Nouveau Standards project introduces audiences to an all-acoustic quartet of acclaimed musicians that deliver dynamic, unfiltered performances rooted in traditional and improvisational music.

At 21c Museum and Hotel, grab a bite to eat at Idol Wolf, their restaurant inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Spain. Then head over to the museum to enjoy their current exhibition Pop Stars! Popular Culture and Contemporary Art .


You know what's better than a doer? A Finisher, and at Anheuser-Busch, you can be a finisher on their Finisher Tour, this one is for those that want to skip right to the good stuff. At the end of it all, you'll have a branded hat, a commemorative glass, and a taste of the freshest beer straight from the finishing tanks.

For a Friday evening filled with passion and betrayal, check out Anna Bolena at Winter Opera St. Louis, and follow Queen Anne as she hatches a plot to take down King Henry VIII's wife.


This Saturday, the Fabulous Fox will be hosting the 15th annual Teen Talent Competition, an opportunity for high school aged kids all around the St. Louis region to showcase their skills and talents.

January 20th - 26th

The weather is getting chilly, but if you head over to The Foundry and check out the Fire Arts Fest, you're sure to feel the heat. This indoor/outdoor display celebrates the use of fire as an art medium showcasing everything from molten glass, fired ceramics, metal work, and baked goods!


Ever wanted to visit France? Well, this Friday, if you head over to Jazz St. Louis, you can Meet Janet Evra in Paris. Her performance will highlight French Jazz favorites!

Here for the 18th year in a row, the Delmar Loop Ice Carnival is here to take your breath away! I don't know which part sounds more exciting, the carefully crafted ice sculptures, the impressive ice carving demonstrations, the mesmerizing drone show, or the hot chocolate bar!


St. Charles is also hosting their own bone chilling competition. The Fete De Glace, Ice Carving Competition takes place on North Main Street. Watch as skilled artisans take chainsaws and chisels, grinders, knives, and hot rods to a 260lbs block of ice!

Head over to The Pageant and witness Big Love - A tribute to Fleetwood Mac take the stage. Featuring some of St. Louis's top musicians, Big Love takes you on a musical journey through all the eras of the beloved Fleetwood Mac.


Tonight is the last night to catch Chicken and Biscuits at The Black Rep. This hilarious comedy tells the story of rival sisters, a family funeral, and an all-shocking family secret. Get ready to clutch your pearls!

January 27th - 31st

This Monday head over to The Fabulous Fox Theater and marvel at the Tony Award winning Musical, SIX. Watch as the six wives of King Henry the VIII remix 500 years of heart break. This is sure to be a performance that will make you lose your head!


On Tuesday, Blueberry Hill is hosting Rubblebucket touring for their latest album Sun Machine. This lovely musical work boasts airy melodies, lavish textures, dream-logic sensibilities, and dancey rhythms.

Grammy award winner Lakecia Benjamin is inspiring audiences at Jazz St. Louis with her alto saxophone and enriching compositions.


Put your random fun fact knowledge to the test at Urban Chestnut's Midtown Biergarten location where they are hosting Trivia Night. Teams of all sizes are welcome, and to celebrate a glorious victory, or mourn a noble loss, enjoy a juicy burger and a carefully crafted beer.

No passports are needed at the Sheldon this Thursday evening, as they present No Borders. Borrowing musical styles and inspiration from all across the globe, this musical celebration is sure to be like no other.


Bringing all the magical enchantment to the stage, or should I say, ice, Disney on Ice is coming to the Enterprise Center. Watch as your favorite characters glide across the floor, telling us all why no dream is too big.
