For me, September is the doorway to splendid festivals as we welcome in the crisp beginnings of Autumn in St. Louis! Of course, our great city is just bursting with activities for us to enjoy!
As the summer real estate market closes, we anxiously anticipate what fall will bring. We welcome the falling interest rates, which provides more opportunities for homebuyers and sellers. As always, we are here to help people achieve their real estate goals.

The weather is amazing today and I'll be taking advantage of it by heading over to The Schlafly Art Outside Festival. This three-day event will boast quality affordable art, tasty food, local brews and of course, live music.
The Muny is pairing up with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra to bring us their first live concert in more than 30 years! They will be accompanied by none other than 12-time Grammy-winner John Legend.
La Fete Du Vin, that's French for Wine Festival. This Saturday, St. Charles is bringing us much more an entry level French lesson. They will be hosting their first ever St. Charles Wine Festival where you can enjoy wine tasting, live music, delicious food, and shop unique merchandise.

On Sunday, let's meet me at the St. Louis Art Fair, celebrating 31 years of explosive color in the streets of Clayton. The event attracts both high-quality artists and enthusiastic art lovers, plus, some of St. Louis’ best restaurants to keep everyone energized.

Did you know that Bike MS is the largest fundraising cycling series in the world? It's coming toi St. Louis on this weekend. I'll definitely be supporting this cause!
The party is not over just yet, because going down at Busch Stadium is Fiesta Cardenales. This post-game concert welcomes all members of the Latino and Hispanic community for a cultural celebration. Oh, and did I mention a "Los Cardenales" limited edition jersey with the purchase of each ticket!

This weekend is jam packed with all kinds of fantastic events around St. Louis. Starting off strong, is the MOSIAC Fine Art Festival. This three-day event will showcase the finest local, regional and national artists.
You just might catch me in Historic Downtown Wentzville for their two days of annual fall celebration! Their Fall Festival includes live music, local food and craft vendor, and a variety of kid’s activities for children to enjoy!

This weekend brings us one of my personal favorite events, Music at the Intersection. The Black Pumas, Big Boi, Chaka Khan, Esperanza Spalding, Stanley Clarke, and so many more talented artists, many of them local! They will be on multiple stages on Saturday and Sunday in Midtown! Of course, there will be food, art, along with other local vendors. Please join me in supporting this national event in St. Louis!
As if September hasn't already brought us many great dining experiences, this Sunday, going down in Soldier's Memorial Plaza will be The Taste of Black St. Louis. With over 250 vendors, this is the largest black-owned food festival in the Midwest!

This Sunday, the 15th, marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. September 15th is the anniversary of independence for many Latin American countries including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. In addition, Mexico and Chile's independence days are on September 16th and September 18th!
To get the Hispanic Hertiage Month Celebrations started, head to O'Fallon for the Hispanic Festival hosted at St. Juan Diego Parish for a celebration of community and culture. You can be sure there will be food, music, traditional dances, and so much more!

Ready, set and go to the Worldwide Technology raceway for their Midnight Madness nights. A safe alternative to illegal street racing, this event is sure to keep you on the edge of your seat!
Also going down on Friday, is the St. Louis Blues and Brews at the Anheuser Busch Brewery. The outdoor street party will include live music, appearances by Blues players and alumni, food trucks and more on the historic streets of the brewery.

You know we are headed straight for fall when you hear the word "Oktoberfest". This weekend brings us not one, but two Oktoberfest celebrations.
All weekend long it is going down in St. Charles for their Oktoberfest, the ultimate celebration of German Culture. The festivities are sure to immerse attendees in a Bavarian wonderland filled with traditional cuisine, varied beers and family-friendly activities.
The St. Louis Zoo is also bringing us their rendition of a fall festival with Zootoberfest! Enjoy the animals, exhibits and attractions alongside German-inflected food and drinks. There will also be special activities for kids such as arts and crafts.

Sababa, St. Louis’ premier Jewish arts and culture festival, showcases the vibrancy of contemporary Jewish culture. The event will feature local, regional and national visual art exhibitors, culinary experiences, musical performances, and activities hosted by local Jewish organizations.
Rounding out the month, we have Eureka Days upon us for its annual party, complete with carnival rides, a parade, a beer garden, a firework show, and more!
