A large Prime is looking for qualified small businesses (particularly small disadvantages, veteran owned and HUB Zone) to support their efforts in to bid on a major program. They are looking for suppliers in the below areas.
Risk and Issue Management
- Update Company Risk and Issue Management processes to ensure compliance with US Government (USG) major Combat Vehicle contract. Deploy and implement the Automated Risk Management (ARM) Risk and Issue Management software tool and utilize the tool in the execution of Risk and Issue Management process for a USG contract. Maintain the program Risk and Issue Register and provide updates to both internal and external; stakeholders. Lead the Risk process within the product development team to include risk identification and the development of risk mitigation strategies. After Risks. Have been baselined ensure the risk mitigation plan is fully implemented in the program IMS.

Data and Configuration Management
- Update Data and Configuration Management process to ensure processes are compliant to SAE EIA-649-1 and GEHA-HB-649A in support of major USG Combat Vehicle Contract. In conjunction with the System Engineering Manager update Program System Engineering Master Plan includes compliant Data and Configuration processes. Provide both a Data Manager and Configuration Manager for the entire period of performance in support of the program. Manage all program data elements to ensure on-time delivery to the USG customer and configuration of the documents is maintained using Company Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. Maintain program Data Accession List and compliance to USG standards. Maintain the Configuration Management process and ensure those processes are followed using company PLM tools.

Transportability Analysis
- Provide Transportability Subject Matter Expert (SME) to perform transportability analysis of company product in support of major USG Combat Vehicle program. Working with the product design team the SME will develop and deliver Technical Reports to USG specifying how the Company product will meet transportability requirements. Reports and analysis will include any assembly and disassembly and packaging required to meet Combat Vehicle transportability requirements.

Reliability Engineering
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead Reliability related engineering activities for a major USG Combat Vehicle program. In addition to providing SME, the company will develop the program Reliability Plan, Reliability Allocations, Reliability Growth Curves, System Reliability Model, and perform failure mode analysis to ensure the program goals and reliability requirements are met or achieved. Reliability engineering role and scope will require leading and coordinating the Reliability related activities of a distributed design team resulting in a coherent platform level products.
