Awarded to four academic and one community service accomplishments. Applications are being accepted.

Hugh Cranford All-Scholastic Scholarship

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Hugh Cranford All-Scholastic Team.

Awards will recognize the academic and community service accomplishments.

Those selected receive an exemption into the 2025 Optimist Championship, tournament entry (includes golf, hotel accommodations and meals and a $1,000 scholarship)

Optimist International Junior Golf Championship

One of the largest and well-renowned junior golf tournaments. In order to play in the Championship, golfers must meet one of the qualifying methods. The Championship attracts over 30 College coaches each year and is ranked by JuniorGolf Scoreboard, Golfweek, Amateur World and receives AJGA Performance Based Stars.

July 15-20, 2025 -- Boys 10-11, 12-13 and Girls 10-12

July 20-25, 2025 -Boys 14-15 and Girls 13-14

July 25-30 2025 -- Boys 16-18 and Girls 15-18

Optimist Championship is not like any other golf tournament -- participants and guests enjoy group meals, special events, recreational activities, entertainment, and fun all at one location.
