REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
Player registration and check-in will take place in Pro Shop Patio on Sunday, JULY 25 from 7:00-8:00 a.m. All participants must check-in at the registration table before the event. No refunds will be made for NO SHOWS.
DRIVING RANGE
Range balls are complimentary prior to play. Visit the Practice Facility beginning at 7:00 a.m. Shuttles will be available from the staging area to the range. Please do not take your assigned cart at this time.
PAIRINGS AND TEE TIMES
Pairings will be posted at the event check-in table. The tournament will be a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Golf carts will be staged in The Golf staging area adjacent to the First Tee of the Blue Monster
FORMAT AND RULES OF PLAY
The event will be an 18-hole Scramble, played in accordance with current USGA Rules of Golf and local course rules. Each player’s drive must be used a minimum of 6 of the 18 holes. All teams will be given a detailed rules sheet and notice to competitors when they check-in for the event.
There is a Bogey Max score and 5 and half hour time limit for the round. All scorecards must be turned into the Imperial Ballroom within 5 and half hours.

TEE BOXES AND YARDAGES
The following tee boxes will be used for play on the Blue Monster COURSE. Tee box to be used is based on the golfer’s age as of July 20, 2025. Exact yardages are subject to change based on course conditions on the day of event.
Boys 16-18 (BLACK Tees) 6,990 yards
Boys 14 – 15 (GOLD Tees) 6,692 Yards
Boys 10-13 / Girls 15 – 18 / Men 55 & Under (BLUE tees): 6,188 yards
Girls 13-14 / Men 56 & Older (WHITE tees): 5,954yards
Girls 10-12 / Women (RED tees): 5,463yards
CARTS, CADDIES AND ARTIFICIAL MEASURING DEVICES
Electric carts will be provided for all players and are included in the entry fee. Caddies are prohibited. The use of an artificial measuring device is ALLOWED during the event.
AWARDS CEREMONY
All participants are invited to the awards ceremony at the Imperial Ballroom immediately following completion of play. Awards will be given to first, second and third place winners. All ties will be decided by a scorecard playoff.
