First and foremost - our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who has suffered from the ongoing spread of Covid-19. Recent announcements about the efficacy of multiple vaccines are encouraging but the virus will likely be with us for a while and will continue to impact our businesses and families.

My sincere thanks go out to all our business partners who made amazing adaptations to continue their manufacturing and critical supply chain operations as our economy put more emphasis on direct business to consumer distribution systems. Supply chains, warehousing, and transportation systems have been extremely stressed, and are at or near capacity. Some distribution centers are even having trouble getting their orders picked up by carriers. As we approach the holiday "surge", it's important to plan ahead and give yourself some extra lead time - particularly for any kind of critical hardware or supply needs to support your operations.

In closing, it would be unfair for me not to acknowledge how very proud I am our our team and vendor partners for how incredibly well they have adapted to the "new normal" and stepped up to help our valued clients maintain and improve their operations in these difficult times.

My very best wishes for a safe and joyous Holiday Season,

Jeff Trotier
