Below Knee Amputee Competes Competively in Disc Golf
Competitive disc golfer, father of five, and right below knee amputee, Mike Now doesn’t give up easily, and he definitely doesn’t quit. His drive and grit is on full display when you learn that since losing his leg 3 years ago in 2018, he has competed in more than 25 disc golf tournaments. One of the tournaments was only 6 months after his amputation! He plays in the rain, through the heat, climbs steep and muddied sections of disc golf course, and has participated in tournaments that required multiple rounds in one day. Partial Hand Amputee Returns to Work

Give a Warm Welcome to Christian Arnold!
Christian is a board eligible orthotist and prosthetics resident. Christian earned his BS in Biology from William Penn University in 2018 and MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Alabama State University in 2020. Christian is a transtibial amputee and pursued a career in prosthetics to help other amputees achieve their goals. Outside of work, Christian enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his girlfriend.

Erin recently became an American Board Certified and Ohio Licensed Prosthetist. She earned her BS in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University in 2016 and MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics from University of Pittsburgh in 2019. Erin’s enthusiasm for being active lead her to pursue a career in prosthetics to help others do the same and accomplish their goals. She appreciates being able to work with her hands, be creative, and build a special rapport with each patient. Outside of work, Erin enjoys golfing, traveling, hiking, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family.
