OPTIONAL Winter Conferences!
Thursday 2/15 & Friday 2/16
Conferences are an opportunity for teachers and families to share student progress, and set goals for future success academically, socially, behaviorally and spiritually.
Winter conferences are at the teacher's request or family's request. They are mandatory if the teacher requests them. If your child's teacher is requesting a conference, they have communicated with you via mid-trimester report (K-5), or via email (6-8).
If you would like to schedule a conference, find your student's classroom link below and sign up. Note that if you request a conference, the teachers will likely reach out to you to get more information, to make the conference productive.
General Conference Norms: Kindergarten- 1st grade conferences are parent/guardian only unless the teacher requests the child present. 2nd- 8th Grade: Most conferences involve students present, and are teacher led, (unless the teacher has requested parent/ guardian only.)
Please read the directions on the classroom SignUpGenius (see link below) and sign up for a 20 minute time slot for your student's conference.
Out of respect for all families and the teacher, please be on time for your conference.
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your conference may be cancelled and you may need to reschedule.
If the conference time that you signed up for initially does not work, please update the sign up accordingly, and communicate with the homeroom teacher.
If you need to sign up for a time outside of the conference window, please contact the homeroom teacher directly.

If you child is participating in EDC (Extended Day Care), please check your child out and in of EDC if they are expected participate in their conference. Sign up for EDC
