Orange County Executive Requests IDA Launch Coronavirus Emergency Small Biz Loan Program
GOSHEN— Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus has requested the Orange County Industrial Development Agency (OCIDA) implement a program to offer much-needed loans to small businesses in Orange County impacted by the Novel Coronavirus.

Gov. Orders All Non-Essential Construction Shut Down; LEGOLAND New York's Road, Bridge Work to Continue
NEW YORK— At a press briefing at the Javits Center in New York City on March 27, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo modified an earlier executive order and mandated all non-essential construction work across the state to shut down immediately.

Former New Windsor Supervisor George Green Passes Away at 76
NEW WINDSOR—The Orange County Partnership was saddened to hear of the passing of long-time civil servant, former Orange County Legislator Supervisor for the Town of New Windsor George Green.

Construction Contractors Association , Danskammer , Boyce Excavating and Focus Media were all instrumental in securing and donating to the emergency need of N-95 masks to protect medical workers from the Coronavirus.

Medline Industries , the nation’s largest privately-held healthcare manufacturer and distributor, has worked tirelessly with local hospitals and healthcare facilities to supply personal protective equipment (PPE) and has donated an abundance of supplies to the Town of Montgomery and Orange County.

Orange County Distillery was creative in turning a 55-gallon barrel of extremely high-proof spirits into hand sanitizer, which they gave out to Orange County residents for FREE.
