Brady Renovation Phase II
Brady Middle School renovations will start up again this spring as we begin work on a new entrance, lobby, and reception area along with changes to the original gymnasium space, the clinic and the main offices. The Board of Education will have architectural drawings and various design options on display on Feb. 26th at 6 p.m. at the Pepper Pike Learning Center prior to its 6:30 p.m. regular meeting when an overview of the interior design will be presented.
Mock Trial Teams State-bound!
Congratulations to the four Orange High School Mock Trial teams who competed at the Regional Tournament at the Cuyahoga County Courthouse last week! After a very tough competition which included two top-rated OHS teams going up against each other, three teams are now State-bound. Top awards were handed out to 13 OHS students as well. Only five teams from our region advanced to the State Tournament - three are from Orange! read more
Boyle Earns State Diving Championship!
Orange High School junior Janie Boyle competed at the OHSAA Division II State Diving Meet and walked away a State Champion! She won with a score of 476.15 as she worked to separate herself from the pack by the end of the meet. The second place diver punched in at 452.45. Way to go, Janie!
Russell Recognized by Kiwanis
The Kiwanis Club of Lander Circle named Orange High School senior Jackie Russell as its February Kiwanis Senior of the Month. Each year the Kiwanians’ Youth Services Committee works with Orange High School staff members to recognize OHS seniors who have shown significant contributions of dedicated service to the school community, civic involvement, exemplary integrity, and attributes of leadership through actions, character and academic achievement.
