Orange Students Nominated in Playhouse Square Dazzle Awards
Orange High School students are shining bright as 2017 Playhouse Square Dazzle Awards Nominees! Congratulations to the following four students who were nominated for their roles in the spring OHS production of "Little Shop of Horrors": Autumn Key - Best Supporting Actress, Ryan Vincent - Best Supporting Actor, and Camryn Fish and Jessica Lebowitz - Best Costume Design.

Orange Excels in Excel TECC
Congratulations to the Orange High School students who were recently recognized for their accomplishments in this year’s 2016-2017 Excel TECC Awards. They are Maya Cohen, Nicholas Erholm, Camryn Fish, Autumn Key, Andrew Kousa, Jordan Leb, Samuel Littlejohn, Madison Morra, Zachary Saxton, Caila Schold, Qusain Shirazi and Thayer Sindelar. The Excel TECC career technical consortium serves 10 area school districts.

Orange Ranked Among Best in National Publications
Orange High School rated sixth in the state and third in Northeast Ohio in the recently released "America’s Most Challenging High Schools 2017" rankings by The Washington Post. Orange also finished in the top five percent of high schools nationally in U.S. News and World Report's annual "Best High Schools in America" awards. OHS placed 8th in Northeast Ohio.

Brady Student Walks Red Carpet at Tribeca Film Festival in NYC
Brady Middle School sixth grader Liam Koeth walked the red carpet last month at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival in New York City at the premiere of the film, "My Friend Dahmer." In the film, Liam played Jeffrey Dahmer's younger brother Dave opposite Ross Lynch (Disney's "Teen Beach Movie" and "Austin & Ally"), Anne Heche, Dallas Roberts and Alex Wolff. Look for the movie to be shown in Cleveland within the next few months.

OHS Seniors Promote Kindness, Acceptance, Tolerance at MHS
Orange High School seniors in Mrs. Courtnay Cirino's Global Citizenship class spent time with Moreland Hills School third graders to teach their younger, new friends about bullying prevention as well as the importance of being an "Upstander." The seniors' goal was to promote kindness, acceptance, and tolerance.
