Hello St. John’s Family,
Christmas Eve is rapidly approaching. At a moment when we yearn to gather, fellowship, sing, and draw close to one another in worship, Covid is again bringing uncertainty, illness, and angst via the Omicron variant. We need to worship together, and we need to do so in a way that will do everything possible to keep each other safe.
Given the heightened concerns regarding Omicron, I and the St. John’s Leadership Board want to remind you of the necessity for everyone to wear a mask or face covering that covers the mouth and nose while inside our facility, regardless of your vaccination status.
All speakers and singers will remain masked for the duration of our worship services. Additionally, a portion of the Sanctuary will provide distanced seating for those who desire this option. As always, if you are not feeling your normal, healthy self, please refrain from attending. Our 5:30 and 7:30 Christmas Eve Services will be live-streamed so that anyone unable to attend in-person can worship along with us.
Thank you for the sacrifices you have made to do everything possible to keep each other, and especially those most vulnerable, healthy throughout these long months. Your efforts and sacrifices have been offerings of love, beautifully reflecting your commitment to the Lord you serve.
Grace and Peace,
Pastor Brad and the St. John’s Leadership Board
