Did you know that pre-alerting increases the likelihood of having the accurate duties and taxes applied to your packages?

Pre-Alerting Your Package

Or

Opening your Jetpak app
Step 2 - Go to the Pre-Alert tab then select the ‘Pre-alert Packages’ button

Mobile App
Step 3 - Complete the pre-alert form with your order info. Next, upload your invoice*, select ‘Pre-alert my Package’ and you’re all set.
*Your invoice can be acquired through:

  • Downloading it to your desktop from your merchant's website,
  • Taking a screenshot of it
  • Or, copying and pasting it into a word document
Important:

What should your Invoice for Pre-Alerting look like?

Please ensure that your invoice includes the following:

  • Seller’s name and address
  • Your name and address
  • Quantity, description, unit price, invoice total
  • Discounts where applicable
  • Payment method and date
Has your merchant split your order for shipment ?

If your order has been split into multiple shipments which have separate tracking numbers but fall under the same invoice, be sure to highlight the items that correspond to your tracking number when you upload the invoice. That way, Customs will not charge you for the entire invoice.
Warm Regards,

Your Jetpak Team
