Get to know Isabelle Brennan, Director of Client Success
This month we shine the bright light on our own "Director of Happiness", Isabelle Brennan! Her official title is Director of Client Success, where she serves as the link with our clients and our team of expert consultants. 

Isabelle keeps us not only accountable and on track, but also finds ways to bring joy, kindness and laughter to the team. We hope you feel that sense of care and consideration in every interaction with her.  
Laura worked with Isabelle in the late 90’s at AT&T Capital and was thrilled to be able to recruit her to the team in 2018.  In 2019 Isabelle’s process focus and detail orientation promoted her from HR Consultant to our first Operations Leader, developing and implementing standard operating procedures to support our growth. 

In 2020, she was promoted again to her current position.  She is definitely the 'leader of the pack' and the perfect ying to Laura’s yang, that reinforces the culture for Team Crothers!
Among Isabelle's many interests are gardening and travel, which she likes to do with her husband Patrick, on their BMW cycle.
