In our excitement to onboard everyone to the Township’s system, we realize we left out a few
important details about the membership rates and the plan moving forward. We sincerely apologize for causing confusion and frustration.
We are committed to operating the Club as close to the status quo as possible while we work to define the transition plan toward a community center. The rates communicated on Tuesday are in place until this plan is finalized so we can continue to operate the gym as it has operated, with the same staff, hours, etc. We are sincere in ensuring no one’s rates are increasing and have modified the rate schedule based on the feedback we have received. Please keep in mind we are working to condense the multiple membership types offered by GLAC to a smaller selection. If you still see a rate increase, please reach out to us and we will work with you individually to correct the issue. Likewise, if you already registered under the rates sent out Tuesday, we will adjust your membership and make any necessary refunds. Reminder, if you have prepaid with GLAC into 2024, please email [email protected] and we will get back with you as soon as we can. It may take a day or two, but we will follow up.
We are working tirelessly and striving for a smooth transition. We know there will be hiccups and we appreciate your patience while we work them out. We will continue to work out these kinks between now and December 21 as we transition from GLAC to the Township.
