11th Annual Home & Business Expo

Registration Deadline:
Friday, April 5th by 12:00 p.m.
(booth space is assigned as registrations are received)

This Annual event is open to any business or organization. Your
attendance provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure, create awareness and to network with other area business owners while visiting
face to face with potential customers & clients.

Businesses can sell their products or discuss their services not only to fellow exhibitors, but also to the community, as the event is free and to the public.

We will be introducing a Scavenger Hunt this year and just as it has
in the past, this event is being held in conjunction with the
Osawatomie Easter Egg Hunt & PEO Pancake Breakfast.
Walking Tacos will also be available for lunch.

2019 THEME:
" Missing Treasure"

WHEN :
Saturday, April 20th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

WHERE:
Osawatomie High School Mac Steele Gymnasium
1200 Trojan Drive, Osawatomie

BOOTH FEES:
$40.00 for Osawatomie Chamber Members and $65.00 for non-members.
A table and 2 chairs will be provided. Booth space is approximately 10 x 10. Electricity is somewhat limited, so be sure to reserve early if you need it and plan to provide your own 25-foot extension cord.

In order to secure a booth, you will need to complete the Registration Form and return it, along with your payment to the Chamber of Commerce Office.

SET UP:
The Mac Steele Gym will be open the evening of Friday,
April 19th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday, April 20th from
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for your convenience. There will be one large loading cart available for use during those times.

ADVERTISING:
This event will be advertised through the local newspaper,
the Chamber's website, the Chamber's weekly e-mail blast, at
local schools, through yard signs and through Facebook
and other social media outlets.
