Osprey Village, Inc is a 501(c)3 nonprofit working to empower individuals who have developmental disabilities; advocating on their behalf to facilitate meaningful employment, recreation, social opportunities, and affordable housing in an inclusive community of their choice.

Our thrift stores are growing rapidly under separate 501(c)3 management

Village Construction - Phase 1 Update!

Moving ahead!

We successfully achieved approval to proceed to Tier II of the

SCHousing application .

We have submitted the required Tier II filing and hope to hear back

in mid September

We submitted an application to the SC Housing Authority via their Small Rental Development Program (SRDP) to build ten duplexes with 1-bedroom apartments and an amenities center. If we are awarded capital funding through this program, we could potentially begin construction next spring to provide housing for up to 20 adults with developmental disabilities.

We will need some additional capital funding from private sources to complete the project.
