A Few Kind Reminders
Late Pick up Policy
It is important that our staff have their personal time and are able to start/end at their scheduled times. For this reason, we will be holding to the following expectations for early drop off or late pick ups. If you are early or late by:
● 1-14 minutes: $15 fee is assessed
● 15-29 minutes: $30 fee
● 30-44 minutes: $45 fee
● Please note: if by 6:30 PM we have not heard from a parent/guardian we will call non-emergency police line to assist us in getting in touch with a family member.
For recurrences of early drop offs or late pick ups:
● After three instances there will be a break in care for 1 day.
● After four occurrences, there will be a break in care for 3 days.
● After five occurrences, there will be a break in care for 5 days.
● On the sixth occurrence of an early drop off or a late pick up, your contract will be withdrawn from the program for the remainder of the season.
Finder's Fee Policy
If your child will not be attending afternoon Extended Day you must inform the site prior to the absence. Communicate in person, by phone, via e-mail or a note at the parent center.
DO NOT rely on the school or your child’s teacher to inform us
. Failure to notify site staff that your child will not be in attendance for contracted days after school will result in a $10.00 Finder’s Fee/per child being added to your account.
Weather Appropriate Attire
The children go outside nearly everyday and early morning/late afternoons can be chilly! Please send along appropriate outerwear. As winter and snow approach we will require all the gear - snow pants, boots, hats, mittens / gloves, etc in order to go outside. We encourage you to LABEL your child(ren)s gear - we will have a black sharpie at the sign in / out area :)
Toys From Home
On Fridays, students are able to bring a non violent toy / game from home. Please do not bring electronic devices.
