Our 2021 Report to the Community
Celebrating Local Solutions
As we greet this new year, we are so grateful for you, for our nonprofit partners, and for all the people giving generously to meet 2022 with care and kindness. Together, our efforts are tackling one problem at a time, step by step, never alone.

It is with a touch of wonder and so much gratitude that we share with you our 2021 Report to the Community. In these pages, you’ll find testimony of how we care for each other here in Santa Cruz County.

Together, we’ll keep going in 2022 and beyond.

Throughout 2021, we had the privilege of working alongside passionate, forward-thinking individuals like you to continue strengthening our community.

Because of your generosity, we awarded a record $24 million in grants and scholarships in 2021.

Our recent Santa Cruz Sentinel guest commentary shared gratitude for the people and organizations partnering with us to support and improve the economic and social wellbeing of our community.
Wishing you a healthy, safe, and happy 2022.

Thank you for all you do.
