The end of the year is upon us! As we all reflect on the importance of supporting movements for justice, we hope you'll take a minute to read through our 2022 Year in Review, which documents our efforts and accomplishments this year — none of which would be possible without you by our side.

With your support, this year we pushed back against cruel and inhumane border policies, advanced decarceration efforts, significantly expanded our training curriculum, created dozens of timely resources, and so much more.

Register today for our upcoming removal defense seminars! Our December seminar will review the strategic utility of criminal records for evaluating possible immigration consequences as well as practical pointers for the record gathering process. Our January webinar will teach legal representatives of respondents in removal proceedings how to spot and resolve the most frequently encountered ethical issues.

Fighting to #End1326

In recent years, people charged with unlawful entry or reentry under 8 USC sections 1325 and 1326 have been challenging the law based on the fact that Congress enacted it for overtly racist purposes and because of its ongoing racist impact. The issue has made its way to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which will hear oral argument on December 8th in one such challenge to section 1326. Help us grow awareness about the need to #End1326 by posting on social media using our digital toolkit.
