Investing in Iroquois Valley

Investing with Iroquois Valley allows us to grow our impact and partner with more farmers raising food in ways that enliven our soils, ecosystems, and communities.

Our REIT Equity Shares are available at our updated share price of $107 per share. Please note this share price reflects our recent 8 for 1 stock split, as well as an increase in the total value of our portfolio. More details on these adjustments are available in the most recent supplement to our offering newsletter, filed publicly with the SEC. The minimum investment is $10,700 (100 shares), and both non-accredited and accredited investors are eligible to invest. We also continue to accept investments in our Rooted in Regeneration Notes

Support Healing Soils Foundation

Iroquois Valley is the sole member of Healing Soils Foundation (HSF), a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that offers grants to farmers committed to restoring and regenerating soil health, and we have two specific opportunities that are in need of your support!

Support Indigenous Farmers in the Midwest

The 11th Hour Project - a program of The Schmidt Family Foundation has committed $100,000 in funding that HSF would like to match to support regenerative poultry farmers in the Tree-Range ecosystem.

Assist Socially Disadvantaged Farmers with Land Access

In partnership with the Rooted in Regeneration Notes - a program of Iroquois Valley - Healing Soils Foundation can reduce mortgage interest rates by as much as 4% for socially disadvantaged farmers by matching funds that they have committed.

This means your support of Healing Soils Foundation has the power to reach many more farmers, providing them with the essential tools and resources needed to restore and regenerate the soil that sustains us all.

CONNECTING FARMERS, COMMUNITIES, AND INVESTORS SINCE 2007

As a corporate guideline, we do not look for specific farmland to purchase or finance. We develop relationships with farmers who want to grow their businesses. We move forward when we have a ready, willing, and able farmer.
