We just had our 24th Annual Open House here at So Cal Motorcycles. While the threat of rain kept a majority of people at home, those that did come had a great time and enjoyed themselves. And it didn’t rain!

I’m gonna say it again, and I’m pretty sure you’re tired of hearing it, but I’m the luckiest man in the world! I’m surrounded with the best staff and friends as well as the best customers any business owner could ever wish for. I had such a fantastic time talking to people, some who had been my customers for over 20 years.

Twenty four years ago I dreamt that So Cal M/C would be the best dealership there is. Even though ALL the odds were against me, SCM can boast that it is the number one Triumph dealership of all time and the number one in North America every year, the largest and number one Royal Enfield dealer in the US, and has the best Customer Service Index in the country!

If that’s not enough to make me the luckiest I also get to ride a lot of different motorcycles as well as my personal Bonne, Tiger and Harley. I’m about to be 72 but am still like the little kid in the old Honda commercial who said…”I Wanna Ride!”

A quick story. When I was in the Road Toads M/C Club we would do overnight runs to various distant places with the SCMA. At the events they would give out trophies for things like the rider that rode the furthest or the oldest rider to attend. Mind you I was in my early twenties, and the ones winning the oldest rider trophies were always in their nineties! And it was never the same person. I was like OMG I can ride for 70 more years!!!

Thank you to all of our wonderful customer family that has made us what we are today. We WILL strive to always be the only dealer you will ever need or want to go to.
