Quick throwback to Melanie's 30 seconds of fame last month! It was so fun and such a cool experience to have our Newton listing featured on Chronicle - they did a segment on this years crazy real estate market, which is amazing for our sellers but the struggle is real for our buyers right now. Even with rates rising, the market has continued to stay strong with inventory levels remaining low.
