Because of our caring community and people like YOU, in Fiscal Year 2015 - 2016, thousands of families, children and individuals in crisis were able to meet their most critical needs— housing, safety, food—and find the tools to succeed. We hope you will read through some important highlights in our Annual Report, and know that your support makes it all possible. Thank you!
Counseling Corner: Setting Boundaries
Have you ever found yourself driving on a street where the lanes were not marked? Like traffic lanes, boundaries are guidelines, rules or limits that give us a sense of safety and protection. Read more for advice for setting boundaries from Raquel Garber, Marriage and Family Therapist at CRC.

New at CRC: A Mini Library!
Thank you to Holly and Stu Hamel for your generous donation of a Mini Library to CRC! Participants are now able to borrow books from the library, available right outside our Food & Nutrition Distribution Center. What a great way to give back and make a difference for those in need!
PARTNER SPOTLIGHT
Thank you, Leichtag Foundation!
Thank you to the Leichtag Foundation for organizing the  Leichtag Passover Challenge that raised $3,000, plus a match from Leichtag, for a total of $4,800 towards our Food and Nutrition programs! Thank you to those who gave to help combat hunger in North County San Diego.
Comfort Cubs
Thank you to The Comfort Cub for their generous gift of a case of adorable Therapeutic Teddy Bears. These special, weighted bears can help bring comfort to those experiencing loss or pain. CRC will provide them to those in need of some extra comfort and warmth.

Please drop off items by May 10th at CRC's offices to Cathie Byrd at 650 Second St, Encinitas. For more information, please contact Cathie Byrd at [email protected].
