Children’s Legacy Center and One SAFE Place are excited to announce a new quarterly impact blog, sharing vital data that highlights our commitment to serving the North State community.

The kindness and support she got was such a blessing! Now, after touring the Children’s Legacy Center and seeing the incredible work they do for the children in crisis, we wanted to get involved. We congratulate the staff for all they do for our community.“

Shoutout to Walgreens DC in Woodland!

Thank you to the amazing Walgreens's crew at the Woodland Distribution Center! Multiple employees heard about the work we do and nominated the Children's Legacy Center to be recipients of the yearlong employee-driven nonprofit donation drive. Employees host small, ongoing internal fundraisers like soccer tournaments and nacho bars throughout the year, adding up to over $25,000 this year!

Fun fact - Nearly 85% of our grant-funded operational expenses are reimbursement based, so donor dollars represent a minimum of five times their gift value. For example, if you gifted $100, we are able to utilize those funds multiple times, making that gift worth over $500 toward accomplishing the mission of the Children’s Legacy Center!
