Make plans to join us October 10-12 for SYNC 2021 - Agents of Change - hosted at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN. 

We strive to be Agents of Change, continuously assessing and evaluating the ever-changing credit union industry and adapting our concepts for a brighter tomorrow. Join us and collaborate with our team of experts and other credit union professionals from around the country to share best practices and learn about the newest products, features, and system enhancements. 

Sunday, October 10:  Activities in the morning (TBD) and the kick-off dinner on the Peabody Rooftop.
Monday, October 11: Full day of conference presentations followed by small group dinners.
Tuesday, October 12: Full day of conference presentations followed by the final dinner together.

Did you know you and your team can be trained at Share One with no class fee? You can even pick the topic of your own training class!

Share One charges nothing for training. While you do pay your own travel expenses, you pick the class topic and dates to lead the way! There is room for six attendees per session.

We are ready for you to come join us in person, and look forward to educating you in the topic of your choice.
Visits from Bobby Rowland

Salesforce Administrator and NewSolutions expert, Bobby Rowland is on the road again. He will be visiting cities across the country to work individually with credit unions to see what features of NewSolutions they can better utilize. Bobby will perform an in-depth analysis of each credit union's system setup and help make them the best they can be.

Bobby is excited to work with you in person, and is ready to hit the road!
Farewell Joan Nieman

Share One bid farewell to Joan Nieman who was the Marketing Director for over twelve and a half years. We are very grateful for her service to Share One over the years and wish her the best in her future career endeavors.
Promotion of Joseph Ferrante

Joseph Ferrante has joined Share One full-time as the Event Planner/Marketing Assistant.
Joseph has been with Share One for the past two years while he finished his B.S.B.A. degree with a concentration in Marketing from Christian Brothers University in 2020. He is excited to take on this promotion and happy to be a part of the Share One team.
Carole Russell's Retirement

Long-time employee Carole Russell will be retiring this year at the end of September. Carole started her career at Share One back in March 1985 back when the company was known as ECOM Systems. Throughout her time with us, Carole has provided her expertise across various Share One departments. She spent a majority of her time assisting customers with our Support team, but has also worked in both Installations and Quality Assurance.” She also worked through MTech and EDS. Carole's last day will be September 30, 2021.
Carole says, "I have been blessed to work with some of the smartest and most creative men and women in the company and have enjoyed getting to know and working with our clients. Some of our clients have been our customers since I started. Share One has been a great place to work and was a great fit for me."

We are very grateful for her many years of service to the company. We wish her a wonderful retirement.
Hosted Citrix Password Reset Guide

If you are a hosted customer, then you are in luck! While there are two logins to access NewSolutions (one being a Citrix user managed by Share One and the other being a NewSolutions user you manage yourself), there is now a way to reset your own password without ever having to ask.

This guide walks you through setting up a password reset profile to ask secret questions so you can reset your own password without asking. The guide can be accessed on the link below.
We are excited to announce a new NSMobile rewrite!

Change: Our goal is to deliver a seamless and competitive NSMobile experience. After a careful due-diligence process, we are excited to announce a complete rewrite of NSMobile in 2021. The initial phase of analysis and design is in progress now.

The new and redesigned NSMobile application will significantly improve connectivity to third-party products and feature a fresh look and flow. But we won't stop there. With your help, we will coordinate a robust plan for future enhancements to deliver a highly competitive and reliable user experience.

Support: Throughout the NSMobile redevelopment, we will continue to service and support "active" or "in-development" existing NSMobile applications in essential maintenance only. Other than previously committed projects, feature development items will not be addressed for the current application. However, all enhancement requests should be directed to our Teams group: NSMobile 2021 Collaboration. See below for more information on how to connect.

Development: Our aim is client-inspired development. We want to hear your feedback and ideas so we can deliver the best version of NSMobile.

Are you plugged into the S1 Community?
The S1 Community is now live and improving our case management system.

This system is designed to serve you better and improve the way we track, monitor, and work your support cases.
Log on to the Portal and watch the introductory S1 Community webinar for greater detail.
As part of the new S1 Community program, all credit unions will need to assign an S1 Community point of contact and supply any additional associated email addresses.
This person will be granted a license for viewing and monitoring cases in the Community.
Additional users can be added. There will be an annual fee of $72 per user for additional staff. This will not impact the credit union's ability to assign multiple contacts for follow-up on cases.
The SSC is officially retired. You are no longer able to submit or track cases via this submission process.
Don't worry, we will still have access to all of your previous cases! All of these details, and more, are covered in the webinar, which is recorded and available on the Portal.
