We are overcome with the generosity and caring of our Beyond community for our Chrysalis House and Kanata Food Cupboard holiday initiatives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for purchasing items at the White Elephant Sale, making cash donations, providing gifts for the sponsored families and stocking stuffers for the women at Chrysalis House. A special shout-out to the Beyond Knitting Club for all of the knitted love for the women and children at Chrysalis House.
Through your kindness, we were able to sponsor two families with the Kanata Food Cupboard Adopt-A-Family program and also brighten Christmas day for 14 women and their children at Chrysalis House.

A nourishing, aromatic winter favourite. If you like a thicker option, add some sweet potato pieces and pulse a few times with a hand blender. To boost your veggies try some cauliflower florets or kale, or a 1/3rd cup quinoa for protein.
