Our team is always growing their expertise in the health and culinary fields. Most recently, all of our chefs completed an allergen awareness program to better serve our clients in today's world where we're gaining more knowledge about our individual diet needs.

My love for food began as a young child; my Italian grandmother insisted on cooking everything from scratch and her attention to detail inspired me.

For me, cooking isn’t just about following recipes, I follow the food back to its source. As an avid gardener I’ve been able to cultivate and grow a lot of my own, which brings an element of warmth and care to what I already love to do. As a Chicago native, I couldn’t be happier having moved to California, where the growing season never ends.
