REC is committed to improving reliability and providing great value. The Cooperative has made significant investments in strengthening the grid by replacing over 6,000 poles by the end of 2024, adding new transformers to improve infrastructure and clearing 830 miles of rights-of-way so far this year. Additionally, REC's vegetation management team has removed thousands of hazardous trees to prevent tree-cause outages.

Using advanced tech like drone inspections and satellite imagery, we're spotting potential issues before they become problems, helping prevent outages and speed up repairs. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, REC is dedicated to ensuring reliable service for years to come.​
