On May 30th, Sister Nazia Khan joined a panel focused on Mental Health at Tarbiya House in Natomas. She and Imam Kamran fostered an opportunity for the community to have an open discussion on Mental Health, removing stigmas and encouraged seeking support when in need. About 30 community members attended and benefited from this panel discussion.
Earlier in the day, Imam Sherif Ahmed delivered the Jummah Khutbah, also aligned with Mental Health, "Prophet Muhammed (PBUH): The First Mental Health Specialist." We thank Tarbiya Natomas for their collaboration and support of the Community!
